Sketchbook Snowman Cookie Jar

I have sent an email to customer services but have not received a response. I ordered 3 snowman cups. 2 were broken and had very little wrapping to prevent garage. The snowman pitcher had interior damage that resulted in holes in the pitcher. At the moment, I would not consider any other purchases from Laughing Moose.
