Laughing Moose Gifts ships orders from Wyoming, Michigan. Shipping charges and available destinations are shown at checkout before payment.

Continental United States

Standard shipping is free to addresses in the 48 contiguous United States. Most orders are prepared for shipment within 1–3 business days. Estimated transit times are displayed when available and begin after the carrier receives the package.

Alaska and Hawaii

Orders shipped to Alaska or Hawaii are charged a flat $20 shipping fee.

Canada

Orders shipped to Canada are charged a flat $20 shipping fee. Canadian customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, brokerage charges, or other fees imposed by Canadian authorities or the carrier.

Other international destinations

Laughing Moose Gifts ships only to addresses within the United States and Canada. Checkout and delivery are unavailable for all other countries.

Tracking and delivery

When tracking is available, it will be sent to the email address used for the order. Delivery estimates are not guarantees and may be affected by carrier delays, severe weather, holidays, customs processing, or address problems.

Address accuracy

Please review your shipping address carefully before submitting an order. Contact us promptly if a correction is needed. Once a package has entered the carrier network, an address change may not be possible and additional carrier charges may apply.

Missing or damaged shipments

If tracking shows a delivery that you cannot locate, or if a package arrives damaged, contact us promptly at service@laughingmoosegifts.com or 616-330-5140. Keep the product and all packaging while we investigate with the carrier.
